With over 15 years’ experience in the pharma and medical device sector, he has specialised in sales excellence, marketing, CRM and data solutions, product launches and lifecycle management, leading several organisations in their optimisation of multichannel approaches when engaging with HCPs.
Chris Cooper Founder and CEO
Chris has 30 years’ experience in ‘digital’, 20 of which are in the health sector. In that time he has grown a digital business and led the evolution of its medical website for healthcare professionals, including the technology, content, commercial offering and people. He has been a consultant to Pharma, workshop leader and advisory board member on digital marketing.
Michelle Kelly Marketing Director
Michelle joined EPG Health in 2006 having previously held commercial roles at Current Medicine Group (now Springer) and Nature Research. Overseeing pharma engagement strategy, messaging, content creation, multichannel communications and market research, Michelle leverages a wealth of experience and insight through the evolution of the business and her research into pharma-HCP engagement.
Mario Monella Scientific Services Director
Mario is an expert in prelaunch strategic planning, medical communications, KOL mapping, compliance and operational excellence. He brings over 15yrs experience from both medical affairs and commercial roles delivering complex projects, solutions and strategies to the Pharmaceutical Industry at a Global and European level. He is an industry expert having chaired and presented at numerous MSL, CRM and KOL management summits over the years. Mario enjoys spending time with his young family, creative freedom in the kitchen and coaching football.
Ian Daley Chief Digital Officer
Ian is responsible for driving digital strategy by shaping and implementing and multi-year transformation roadmap to grow HCP audience and deliver online personalised learning experiences for them. Prior to joining in 2017, Ian worked as a ‘commercial technologist’ within the publishing industry, defining ‘build for the future’ initiatives for the Daily Mail Group, Pearson and Financial Times.
