THE MISSION: To improve outcomes aligned to all stakeholders needs – HCP website users, their patients and our pharmaceutical customers.


Based on 360-degree market research, EPG Health identified the need for a platform that delivered:  
- A more intuitive, relevant and personalised discovery and user-experience (UX) for HCPs  
- More meaningful HCP engagement and data capture opportunities for the pharma sector  
- Advanced technology through which EPG Health could evolve services and grow reach  

THE SOLUTION: Partnering (in 2019) with Episerver, a Gartner leading tech provider specialising in AI enabled personalisation, EPG Health developed a website with: 


- Easy navigation of the site 
- Behaviour tracking insights
- Personalised user journeys  
- Convenient to consume content 
- Meaningful engagement 
- Optimisation for any device  
- New brand with modern look  
 

  

THE OUTCOMES: Within just weeks of launch the website was delivering an uplift in digital engagement aligned to objectives for increased reach, deeper engagement and greater value for HCPs.
